Most items are in-stock and will be shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the website. If the requested piece is gold or “made to order”, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Shipment is by USPS priority mail at the following flat rates:

Canada & Puerto Rico – $19.95 (7-14 business days)
International (Australia, S.America and Most European countries) $27.95 (7-14 business days)

Returns
Our jewelry is accepted for credit or exchange if returned by mail in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or packing list. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
Care
GYM GEMS™ are cast from fine quality sterling silver, which tarnishes, especially when exposed to salt air and sulfur-containing products. All purchases over $50 are accompanied by a complimentary polishing cloth. Please use according to the enclosed directions. Commercially available products may also be used according to direction. Wash in sudsy water and be sure to remove all polish.
Special considerations:
If an item is has an “oxidized”, or darken finish, it should not be cleaned with silver cleaner as it will remove the finish.
If your jewelry is attached to a leather cord, avoid contact with liquid to prevent damage or discoloration.
To keep any and all jewelry looking it’s best, we advise removing it before swimming, bathing or engaging in strenuous activities.
